Responsibilities
• Reporting to a Deputy Operations Manager or Production Manager or Shift Manager, your role and responsibilities include: Production Processes Control & Optimization • Monitor and adjust production process parameters to comply with regulatory standards, SOPs, and instructions, aiming to meet or exceed output targets. • Operate and monitor production process parameters using Distributed Control Systems (DCS) as directed, ensuring optimal process control. • Promptly inform relevant personnel of any issues in the production process, facilitating quick resolution and minimizing impact. • Provide guidance and coaching to Field/Process Operators, ensuring adherence to production protocols and efficiency in operations. • Identify and address straightforward production process issues in the responsible area to avoid disruption in maintaining process parameters. • Accurately document process data and operational parameters, maintaining a reliable information source for production analysis. • Ensure the operational condition of production facilities and equipment through regular checks and maintenance. • Effectively communicate essential information to subsequent shifts, ensuring continuity and efficiency in production. • Maintain a clean and orderly work area consistent with documented procedures and adherence to 5S standards to ensure a safe and efficient production environment. • Engage in production support initiatives, including participation in the Skills Block training program and productivity management tool such as CiCi (Corbion Integrated Continuous Improvement), to further develop competencies in production process management and optimization.
