About this position

The Application Specialist Bakery (Thailand) position at Puratos involves supporting profitable business growth at industrial customers by proposing innovative concepts and solutions, troubleshooting specific issues, and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Focus on application development & support to industrial customers, especially on efficient, creative, differentiated, and competitive solutions for key accounts
• Work with industrial commercial team closely to build a comprehensive industrial customer information database
• Set up industrial customer approach tactics & plan & action with clear objectives
• Provide internal & external technical support
• Technical document preparation & management in compliance with specified format & procedure
• Trouble shooting at customers to ensure existing sales or to develop new business opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or Master degree in food science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Food confectionery product
• Good command of Spoken, Written, and Read English
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
• Fluent communication skills
