About this position
The Production Manager will manage and co-ordinate the production team, ensuring quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Prepare, utilize and control manpower and machine for production.
• Control product quality to comply with specifications and customer requirements.
• Ensure implementation and adherence to health and safety procedures.
• Estimate production costs and prepare budgets.
• Maintain and develop production to meet customer demands.
• Monitor and review staff performance and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Science, or Engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in Food manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and commitment to work for higher achievement.
• Positive thinking with good communication skills.
• Highly motivated, able to work independently and as a team player.
