The Senior R&D Supervisor (Chocolate) position at Puratos in Thailand involves defining and implementing R&D strategies for the Chocolate business unit, promoting innovation, and collaborating with various departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop new products and adapt formulations of Chocolate products
• Prepare prototypes of products to meet customer and company requirements
• Source new raw materials for product development
• Conduct pilot trials of new Chocolate products
• Coordinate with departments to investigate and address non-conformities and customer complaints
• Provide technical information about Chocolate products to departments and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in food science or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Chocolate confectionery products
• Good command of Spoken, Written, and Read English
• Computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office
• Good leadership, coaching skills, and ability to work under pressure
