Company Description for Admin Staff position at Robert Bosch Automotive Technologies (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
Responsibilities
• HmjP visitor coordinator, High management or customers visit to co-ordinate & preparation such as fill in request form, transportation & hotel booking, coffee break & Dinner arrangement
• HmjP stationary coordinator for plant wise, I-Buy (PO, Invoice, contact supplier) and support ordering for MOE1 together stock control and report
• HmjP event coordinate for plant, HRL and others dept
• Prepare document for signatures request such as Invitation letter of visas package, work permit, government to get approve by top management or POA
• Preparation Business trip Work
• On process for pre-trip and post trip, expense claims preparation such as transportation, M-pass systems download
• Check readiness of gasoline’s invoice, Driver timesheet and other personal topic to plant manager and COR
Requirements
• Educational Background: Bachelor degree in business administration or related fields
• Qualification: Good Command in English
