IT Support Engineer (1 year contract)
About this position
IT Support Engineer to provide IT standard service and day to day support operation to end users.
Responsibilities
• Help install, upgrade and troubleshoot hardware and software systems such as computer, printer and SCCM as well as supporting IT project projects/rollout activities at the locations.
• Provide technical assistance and support any hardware or software related issues.
• Maintain IT service management system - manage, monitor and close the SMT tickets.
• Assist in implementation of Global or Local IT related projects.
• Maintain Service Level Agreement and achieve Global/Local targets at the location.
• Customer enabling to users on IT services both online and IT Space.
Requirements
• Educational Background: Degree/Diploma in IT or related principles.
• Special Skill: Automation, Software development, MS Power Platform, PowerBI.
• Language Proficiency level: Good in listening speaking and writing in English.
• Others: Service mind and Fast Learner.
• Job Relevant Knowledge and Experience: Min 1 - 3 years working experience in IT support or related position. Incident management system/tools. Experience in Microsoft product family e.g.office 365. Understanding user's behavior in plant environment.
