Field Service Engineer position at Rockwell Automation

Responsibilities

• Provides customer support through on-site installation, diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
• Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment.
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system.
• Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Works on issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of relevant factors.
• Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of technical information/project activities.

Requirements

• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Developing professional expertise.
• Applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
• Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and the process by which to meet goals.
• Bachelor's Degree
