About this position
Rockwell Automation is hiring for a SI Account Manager position based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to refine the SI program and sales support strategy.
• Ensure distributor and account managers understand the benefits of collaborating with SI partners and actively engage in supporting them.
• Identify qualified potential SI partners in the market, aligning them with Rockwell Automation's industry, technology, and application focus.
• Work closely with both RA, Distributor and SI teams to establish clear success metrics for partnerships.
• Conduct quarterly reviews of SI partners business performance and participation.
• Collaborate with local and global RA resources to design and implement SI competency programs that foster growth and expertise.
Requirements
Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years selling experience in related industry.
Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management dealing with senior internal / external management.
Experience in Channel Management and Distribution is advantageous.
Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on commercial plans.
