About this position

Royal Queen Seeds is seeking a talented and experienced Mid-Level Social Media Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at our headquarters office. Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, scheduling and posting content, supporting content creation and calendar development, and overseeing ad campaigns across various platforms including Google, Facebook, and other social media channels.

Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management: Develop and implement strategies to enhance our brand presence across social
media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
2. Content Scheduling and Posting: Schedule and post engaging content regularly, ensuring consistency in voice and messaging across all platforms.
3. Content Creation Support: Collaborate with the content creation team to generate ideas, provide insights, and support the development of compelling and relevant content for our target audience.
4. Ad Campaign Management: Create, execute, and optimize ad campaigns on Google, Facebook, and other relevant platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
5. Chat and Comment Monitoring: Monitor chats, comments, and inquiries on social media platforms and LINE Official, responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and comments.
6. Online Sales Support: Provide assistance in handling online sales inquiries and support the online sales process through social media channels and messaging platforms.
7. Order Fulfillment Coordination: Coordinate with other staff on order fulfillment, packing, and shipping, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
8. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media and ad campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform strategy and optimize performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns and ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with LINE Official or similar messaging platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
