About this position
The Business Operation Specialist - Logistic is responsible for managing logistics operations, procurement processes, cost monitoring, identifying areas of improvement, resolving complaints, and collaborating with various departments.
Responsibilities
• Manage logistics operations including inbound, outbound, triangular trade to ensure product receiving and delivery on-time and in-full and to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform procurement process for freight forwarder, import/export brokerage and transportation including sourcing, negotiations, supplier selection, and contracts with service providers.
• Monitor costs related to logistics activities and minimizing premium freight.
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust the existing work procedures and practices.
• Respond to and resolve the complaint and problems.
• Collaborate and communicate with various related departments.
Requirements
• Minimum 7 years of experience work supply chain & logistics, third party.
• Solid background in logistics with experience in various business.
• Special Skill: Customer intimacy, proactive mindset, Team leadership, Proficiency in MS office
