Responsibilities
• Fully responsible and lead consumer database management, consumer data-driven marketing campaigns as well as the company’s loyalty programs including loyalty programs through partner database
• Grow and enhance quality of customer database, and develop and execute plans to continually engage, inform and educate the database with Samsung brand and product experience
• Execute data analytics and campaign analysis by ensuring the database is segmented effectively for data-driven marketing activities to help grow commercial opportunities
• Manage data analytics, identify potential customers, and utilize appropriate digital platforms for effective consumer engagement
• Lead, coordinate, facilitate and manage all data-driven marketing activities from initiation of protocol through performance tracking
• Proactively identify and address issues that may impact the quality of the customer database and campaign deliverables
• Create effective campaign plan through gathering all related parties’ requirements while minding the KPIs
• Ensure effective segmentation of database for targeted communications
• Track conversion rates of initiatives to propose and execute improvement plans
• Leverage customer research and market knowledge to refine strategies and plans
• Collaborate with internal departments i.e. online sales, product marketing, marketing communications, brand communications, compliance, regional headquarters’ CRM as well as external agencies to ensure effective consumer data-driven marketing programs and alignment with the company’s compliance rules and Thailand’s law & regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management/direct supervisor
Requirements
• Master's Degree in MBA, Marketing, Finance or a related field
• Minimum 10 years of proven working experience in CRM, customer database-driven marketing and analytics. Knowledge in big data a plus
• Experience in data validation, digital marketing, and data management
• Tech savvy with working knowledge of HTML
• Strong communications and data analytical skills with a focus on details
• Proactive and can-do attitude
• Must be open to learning, passionate about taking ownership and executing, able to work independently, but yet a strong team leader and player
• Commercial awareness to secure buy-in of internal stakeholder partners and external
• Strong interested in electronic products and mobile devices
