About this position
The Assistant Manager, Shop App Experience Management is responsible for developing, managing, and driving all aspects of the shop app platform to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Responsibilities
• Develops, manages and drives all aspects of the shop app platform, its development, feature enhancement and content strategy on both iOS and Android.
• Plans, optimizes and enhances the shop app experience to drive customer satisfaction and conversion to sales.
• Drives marketing campaigns on the shop app via campaign publishing and content management.
• Implements search engine optimization (SEO) on the shop app on both iOS and Android environments.
• Ensures Quality Assurance for the shop app features, functionalities, and content accuracy.
• Schedules projects, resources, and reports.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with the development of the shop app at both regional and local levels.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
• Minimum experience in eCommerce app operation, marketing, and service planning.
• Experience in customer experience and user experience enhancement projects, as well as product management.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Fluent in English communication.
• Strong strategic planning and goal orientation.
• Demonstrates innovation and creativity.
