Construction Engineer (Head Office) with 5-10 years of experience in Project Construction Lead Engineer, Project Construction Planner, and Proposal Construction Estimation Lead Engineer.

Responsibilities

• For Proposal Bidding
• Planning the Construction Manning and Temporary facility. (Technical document preparation)
• Prepare the Requisition for Quotation of Construction
• Make a CBE, TBE and Clarification Agenda to discuss with Subcontractor
• Set up the price structure and review the client's price format
• Summarize the entire bid proposal and Constructability review

Requirements

• Experience in Project Construction Lead Engineer, Project Construction Planner, and Proposal Construction Estimation Lead Engineer
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Word / Cad and 3D Modeling, Schedule Program
• Willingness to travel to Head office (SEOUL) / Oversea project site if necessary
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
