Marketing Planning & Non-Automotive Sales Engineer - GSC , Chemicals Business
About this position
The Marketing Planning & Non-Automotive Sales Engineer in the Chemicals Business will be responsible for analyzing market data, developing sales plans, managing demand and supply, utilizing customer data analytics, managing the sales process, understanding customer value chain, providing technical advisory, and supporting new product development projects.
Responsibilities
• Get VOC and analyze data from market, customer, competitors to find new business opportunities.
• Develop, review sales plan of related product/service/application including price, product, channel etc. (daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly) and execute sales activities as scheduled.
• Manage demand and supply along value chain (e.g. 18-months demand, DQ, stock and delivery) to ensure efficiency of the entire sales process of own area.
• Utilize customer data analytics , sales platform and sales tools application for more effectiveness and always suggest for new initiatives/improvement.
• Manage sales process from project proposal to project closing (complete solution) and monitor credit term to provide total solution products & services that create value to customer.
• Understand customer value chain and establish & manage customer relationship in own area to ensure that customer perceives maximum value of company's offers.
Requirements
• 0 - 3 years of experiences in sale engineer, technical background, or related fields.
• Achieved a minimum GPA of 2.7 for undergraduate and 3.3 for post-graduate studies.
• Good command of English skills (TOEIC score > 750).
• Literacy in project planning / execution (project member or work stream leader).
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
