Sales Account Executive
About this position
The Sales Account Executive is responsible for developing and implementing customer account plans to increase Schneider Market share, creating and maintaining client business plans, utilizing business and financial knowledge to create value propositions, executing competitive sales tactics to win business, coordinating deal crafting and positioning, leading or participating in contract negotiations, and managing and maintaining executive relationships.Responsibilities
• Develop and implement customer account plans for assigned accounts to increase the Schneider Market share• Develop pursuit strategies to drive new orders pursuits and build quality pipelines
• Create and maintain client business plan
• Utilize business and financial knowledge to create value propositions
• Execute competitive sales tactics to win business
• Coordinate deal crafting and positioning
• Lead or participate in contract negotiations
• Manage and maintain executive relationship
Requirements
• 8 - 10 years of relevant solution selling sales or account management experience• Strong account management planning
• Ability to establish and maintain C level relationship
• Track record of meeting/exceeding yearly sales quota
• Proven ability in value selling of Process Automation Solutions Offerings to the industry and prospects
• Experience in RFI/RFP proposal strategy, management and response
• Strong contract negotiations and closing skills
• Experience with Digitalization pursuit and Software sales (APC, MES, Digital twin,…) is a plus.
