The Material Planner is responsible for planning and implementing actions related to purchasing/planning activities, coordinating the movement of materials, and ensuring inventory control to meet corporate targets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement actions related to purchasing/planning activities
• Plans, schedules, and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle
• Be responsible for planning functions both Production Planning and Materials Planning
• Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering
• Ensure to control inventory to meet corporate targets
• Coordinates production plans to ensure materials are provided according to schedules and capacity

Requirements

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Capable of communicating in complex technical knowledge with cross-functional team
• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and manage conflicting deadlines
• Teamwork and self-motivated
• Fast learning capability
