Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the solution vision and strategy effectively to stakeholders, including executive leadership, solution teams, and clients.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to solution engineering teams to foster professional solution development and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform decision-making and drive innovation.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability within the solution engineering department.
• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure delivered solutions meet the highest standards of quality, reliability, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within a solution engineering organization.
• Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of software architecture principles and best practices.
