Responsibilities
• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. • Analyze data to develop informed strategies for market penetration and growth. • Client Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and engagement strategies. • Understand clients' pain points and business needs to tailor solutions accordingly. • Presentation Development: Create compelling and visually appealing presentations targeting diverse prospective clients. • Translate customer pain points into persuasive solutions that showcase the value proposition of our services. • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align business development strategies with overall company objectives. • Work closely with the leadership team to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to business development. • Vertical and Geographic Expansion: Identify and explore opportunities for expansion into new verticals, geographies, and sectors. • Develop and execute strategic plans to enter and establish a presence in new markets.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills. • Strong analytical and research abilities. • Ability to understand client pain points and translate them into viable business solutions. • Preferred Skills: Familiarity with the facility management industry. • Experience in creating and delivering impactful presentations. • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently. • Adaptability to a dynamic and evolving business environment.
