About this position
As the Vice President of People Development, you will play a key role in driving the strategic direction of the People Development Department, focusing on initiatives that enhance employee growth, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
• Oversee the design and execution of people development programs, including talent management, leadership development, and learning initiatives.
• Contribute to strategic talent planning efforts, collaborating with senior leadership to identify and develop key talents.
• Lead efforts in designing and implementing employee learning initiatives, focusing on continuous skill development and career growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate people development initiatives into broader organizational strategies.
• Streamline HR processes and leverage technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Drive Strategic Manpower & Workforce plan to ensure alignment with Business’ direction.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in HR roles in Multiple and Large Organization.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of driving strategic initiatives as well as operational excellence.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to navigate complex organizational structures.
• Experience in talent acquisition, succession planning, and leadership development.
