Compensation & Benefit Supervisor (oil and gas)
About this position
The Compensation & Benefit Supervisor in the oil and gas industry is responsible for overseeing the payroll process, ensuring data accuracy, and compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
• Handling and supervising the implementation of Company's Payroll process.
• Ensure that the Payroll tax reporting data is appropriate.
• Updating actual payroll data for both site and headquarters
• Reviewing employee's payroll and benefits.
• Ensure employee data accuracy with BPJS KS, TK, Medical Insurance
• Perform monthly and annual tax calculations and ensure timely payments
• Ensure that compensation and benefit rules are in line with government regulation.
• Creating and Maintaining Budget forecast related to comben
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree of HR Management / Economic / Accounting or Psychology
• Minimum 3 years experience as HR Compensation & Benefits Supervisor or Payroll Supervisor
• Expert on using Ms Excel along with the formulas.
• Deep knowledge on payroll, benefits, and PPh21 processes.
• Good communication and presentation skill.
• Good communication skill in english.
