About this position

The Branch Manager will be responsible for strategic leadership, network establishment, and operational management of the 5S store within industrial parks.

• Formulate business development and operational plans for the 5S store
• Build and manage a comprehensive network covering sales, engineering projects, and after-sales services
• Oversee the daily operations and management of the 5S store
• Focus on building and nurturing a talent pool
• Ensure continuous development and training of the team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in sales or a technical role
• Passionate individual with an entrepreneurial spirit
• High professional standards with goal orientation
• Must possess own transport
• Language proficiency in English/Malay, Chinese is an advantage
