About this position

Lead regional Insect Control portfolio of projects within AMEA Crop Protection Development (CPD), ensuring delivery of projects in line with strategic drivers, timelines, and budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Insect Control portfolio projects
• Ensure delivery of projects in line with strategic drivers, timelines, and budget
• Work in partnership with Head Project & Portfolio Management
• Lead and ensure delivery of special projects/initiatives
• Manage resource deployment, risk profile, and project progress
• Represent regional positions and requirements in global development teams

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Proven record in project and/or portfolio management methodologies
• Technically competent with broad-based science knowledge
• Good understanding of Agrichemical business strategies
• At least 7 years of project/program/portfolio management experience
