About this position

The Research and Development Deputy Department Manager will lead the research, conceptualization, experimentation, planning, development, and testing of new products.

Responsibilities

• Align product development with customer need and preferences
• Coordinate and ensure compliance with all company regulations and ISO 9001/GMP/HACCP/GHPs standards
• Join in production process development and new raw material consideration and ordering

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Product Development, Food Science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Biology, Biotechnology, or other related fields
• At least 9 years’ experience in food product research and development
• Strong knowledge and understanding of food safety law and regulations, food additive law, and quality systems and standards (ISO 9001/GMP & HACCP/GHPs)
• 6 days working per week (Mon-Sat)
