About this position

The Treasury Analyst is responsible for monitoring day to day cash inflow and outflow, handling local and regional reporting, and ensuring proper documentation for financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor funding availability for payment.
• Monitor petty cash utilization and ensure availability of Petty Cash to cover cash vouchers.
• Ensure all approved expense claims and petty cash documents are filed by end of the month.
• Monitor various accounts and perform monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain all Treasury reports.
• Verify all hardcopy documents Expense Report before approved.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, or Finance.
• 2-3 years of experience in Account Payable and/or Treasury function.
• Computer literate: Windows, Access Database & SAP.
• Understanding of Basic Accounting & Treasury Management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with various departments.
