About this position
The Duty Manager is primarily responsible for taking care of the resort guest requirements and handling their complaints in a satisfactory manner.
Responsibilities
• To detect and take action when service or equipment is malfunctioning during his or her duty period and report the incident to the department head of the particular department involved.
• Responsible for the physical appearance of the lobby and Front Office in particular, but also all areas of the Resort.

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Hospitality Management
• Excellent in leadership communication and problem-solving skills
