About this position
The Assistant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing organization structure, talent acquisition, succession planning, recruitment, and HR trend analysis.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for organization structure and capability such as manpower, job evaluation, span of control and people analytics.
• Manage a strategic workforce planning approach to talent acquisition.
• Responsible for identify OD priority, initiative and implement OD project.
• Develop Digital Data Employee for HRIS Next Era.
• Provide report of HR trend, Business for design HR Strategic align with business direction.
• Responsible for succession planning and talent management (Talent Development Program and Retention).
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management, Political Science, HRD, OD or related fields.
• Have experience least 10 years in HR all function.
• Growth Mindset, Proactive, Strong initiative, Creativity and professional manner.
• Pleasant personality, excellent communication and presentation skill.
• Manufacturing background experience would be advantage.
