About this position

The Aircraft Assembly Technician is responsible for testing, repairing, and assembling aircraft structure components.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of aircraft structure components IAW CMM and approved technical data.
• Perform disassembly, cleaning, repair, assembly and testing on various models of aircraft structure components.
• Perform repairs (riveting/patching) of metallic parts IAW CMM, SRM, Engineering Instruction and approved technical data.
• Fabricate sheet/angle/contour metallic parts IAW CMM, SRM, Engineering Instruction and approved technical data.
• Perform assigned tasks to attain production and delivery goals.
• Completes all required paperwork and documentation in timely manner after task complete.

Requirements

• Vocational Diploma with background and experience in aviation, minimum 2 years
• 2 years Nacelles/ Aircraft Structure MRO experiences
• Able to read, interpret and understand drawing, CMM Manuals, IPCs, SBs and/ or other specification/ standard (English)
• Ability to read, write and understand English and computer literacy required
