The Administration (BTS Bearing) position involves supporting pre-assembly activities, monitoring lot statuses, coordinating with internal departments, and responding to customer requests.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-assembly activity.
• Follow up lot status and monitor lot to ship out per plan
• Follow engineering report / qualification report with others team
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill all customer requirements
• Respond to customer requests with all necessary information and with a prompt and professional manner

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in any filed.
• English: Fair in reading and writing.
• Communication skill
• Able to work well under pressure
• Good personality with high emotional intelligence
