Customer Service/ Account Executive
About this position
The Customer Service/Account Executive will be responsible for coordinating with internal departments, monitoring schedules, responding to customer requests, evaluating team performance, discussing technical issues with customers, and coordinating customer projects.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill all customer requirements
• Contact with the customers regarding daily issues
• Monitor die loading to ensure the target schedule is met and to inform the customer of any potential delay
• Respond to customer requests with all necessary information and with a prompt and professional manner
• Consolidate data to evaluate team performance and to determine actionable steps in order to improve customers’ experience
• Discuss with customers on technical issue and coordinate for customer projects to enhance understanding and create new business opportunities
Requirements
• Bachelor’s in English, Business Administration, Engineering or related fields
• Experience in customer services, production control, process engineering, QA or IE
• Working experience in electronics/semiconductor or IC manufacturing industry is preferred
• Able to work well under pressure
• Have sense of urgency, eager to learn new things
