IC Package Design Engineer position for new graduates.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate IC package designs, materials and processes used for development of new product
• Support L/F design and work on L/F field or IC package design that work with L/F supplier.
• Develop DOE’s and tests to evaluate suitability and reliability of package solutions
• Design IC package outline drawing in 3D with AutoCad, Solidworks application
• Work with relevant parties both internal and external to qualify the package/product solutions
• Manage the package process using industry standard and project management tools
• Address and solve materials and processing issues that may occur during the development process

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronic engineering or related fields
• 0-2 years of relevant working experiences
• Knowledge of AutoCad and Solidworks software
• Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and Design of Experiment is a plus
• Strong data analytical skill
