About this position

The NPI Process Engineer will be responsible for NPI transfer from RnD, engaging in customer visits/audits, improving production lot aging, handling NPI loading, and managing Value Engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• NPI transfer from RnD needs to start to engage for smooth transition, MEMs/ MIS and BGA, Advance cu clip. • Customer visit / audit still high each week. • Production lot aging to improve overall cycle time and production interruption. • NPI loading increasing and aging EIR is about 400 items, including lead frame recertify back log. • PCN increasing through machine / material discontinue to focus are Laser groove. • Auto 2/OPT/ Auto screen print/ Auto wafer handling need to engage with customer through PCN and project plan.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science. • 2-8 years’ EXP in IC or Electrical manufacturing in position of process engineer, NPI. • Strong analytical and critical thinking / Systematic thinking skills and flexible. • Take accountability and ownership. • Good command of spoken and written English.
