About this position

The System Analyst position involves designing, implementing, and upgrading information systems to meet business and user needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform design, implementation and upgrade of information systems to meet the business and user needs
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistic and troubleshoot reported errors
• Map and document interface between IT procedure/ IT governance and new system
• Prepare specifications and document programmers
• Work closely with programmers, developer, tester and variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT or related
• 3 - 5 Year of Experience in System Analysis
• Good knowledge in Project Implementation
• Proficient with or able to quickly learn systems and software used by the organization
• Knowledge of ERP is a plus
