The HSE Manager is responsible for identifying hazards, evaluating risks, and implementing action plans to improve safety and security.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage all internal and external resources
• Ensure that all equipment and processes meet safety standards
• Analyze regulatory compliance and maintain it continuously
• Set up manuals, procedures, instructions, and visual standards
• Communicate internally and externally on HSE issues
• Monitor safety risks and incidents on the site

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 5 years’ experience in HSE scope
• Valid license in water pollution controller, air pollution controller, safety officer professional level, and hazardous chemical substance controller
• Good English communication
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably in automotive
