VENTURY Co., Ltd. is an EPC company (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) involved in turn-key projects in both Commercial Buildings & Industrial Factories: Architecture, Construction and M&E, Electrical Work, Air Conditioning, Ventilation, Compressed Air, Gases, Steam, Clean Room. Among our references are Turn-key Factories with complete M&E Works, Clean Rooms for Pharmaceutical, Automotive & Food Industries, Cold Storage, Evaporative Cooling for large area, Air Conditioning for up-market properties. About this position

As a Site Engineer at Ventury Asia Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all site activities and operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
• Monitor progress and quality of work on site
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Provide technical support and guidance to site staff
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in construction and engineering.

Requirements

• Male, ages 28-35 years
• University Graduates in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3-5 years experiences in building construction
• Understand construction drawing
• Knowledge in safety regulation in construction work
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Proficient in computer (MS Office, Auto CAD)
• Good interpersonal & good teamwork skill
