Responsibilities
• Provide technical support regarding company’s product, e.g., DCIM, facility monitoring, software and monitoring application, rack solution etc.
• Support sales in presales role in customer presentation, technical clarification, solution design, costing/pricing and training
• Handle technical design and solution with regional team
• Be responsible for product and solution training to internal and external customer.
Requirements
• Bachelor of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proficient in MS Office Excel
• Good communication skills in local and English language
• 3 years’ experience in technical support or engineering role
