About this position

This position will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments across our organization, including management, systems, technology, finance, and assets & inventory.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will get to :
• Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and quantify potential risks across the organization.
• Develop risk matrices and heat maps to visualize risk exposure.
• Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation controls.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and internal policies.
• Conduct regular reviews of policies and procedures to ensure their effectiveness.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the risk management program and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you will Need to Succeed :
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Min. 2 years of experience in risk management, preferably within a retail industry.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks such as COSO, ISO 31000, and ERM.
• Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
