Area Part Development position requires a candidate with a background in Management/Industrial Engineering, fluent in English, proficient in Ms. Office, strong analytical and communication skills, knowledge of motorcycle technical, understanding of marketing and business concepts, experience in presentations/training, and possessing driver's licenses.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sales plan achievement by following up, monitoring, and controlling orders, allocation, delivery, and lead time of part products.
• Ensure stock availability in the network according to market demand to ensure a good supply ratio to consumers.
• Visit Main Dealers/Stock points to ensure that established SOPs are running smoothly.
• Visit official network or part shops to understand sales conditions, build relationships with dealers, monitor network set up, and systems.

Requirements

• Background in Management/Industrial Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Excel, Access, Power Point).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Knowledge of motorcycle technical.
• Understanding of marketing and business concepts.
• Experience in presentations/training.
• Possess driver's licenses (A & C) and skilled in driving manual cars and motorcycles.
