About this position

The Transportation Manager will be responsible for managing operation costs, coordinating with customers, monitoring transportation performance, ensuring safety regulations compliance, and developing working procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation cost from monthly P/L report and reduce unnecessary cost from operations
• Coordinate within customers to support transportation services
• Monitor daily Transportation Operation plan, Claim investigate and advice team to solve day to day problem
• Monitor transportation performance for both own fleet and sub-contractor
• Manage Safety of Operational site according to the Safety Regulations, Traffic Law and Government Regulations
• Develop and improve working procedures to maintain high standard of operation and efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain, Transportation Engineering, Industrial Engineering
• At least 8-10 years working experiences in Transportation Operation, Nationwide with 3 years in Management level, also experiences in Onsite Customer will be an advantage
• Knowledge in Transportation Operation, Cost Analysis, Safety, Aftersales Service
• Excellent communications skills both internal and external communications
• Strong in communication & Negotiation skill and Team Management
