About this position

We are looking for a committed and experienced Sales Manager to oversee our sales initiatives in the dynamic and compassionate world of mother and child products. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a skilled sales team, and developing strong relationships with clients and retail partners. Your contribution is critical to the success and market presence of our diverse range of products aimed at the well-being of mothers and children.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development:
• Devise and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.

Team Leadership:
• Recruit, lead, and motivate a high-performing sales team.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds sales objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:
• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand customer needs and feedback for continuous product improvement.

Product Knowledge:
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our mother and child product line.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Sales Forecasting and Analysis:
• Implement robust sales forecasting processes to optimize inventory management.
• Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and refine sales strategies.

Trade Shows and Events:
• Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
• Collaborate with marketing to create compelling promotional materials for
events.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and supply chain.
• Provide insights from the field to enhance product development and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Open to all genders (Male, Female, LGBTQIA+).
• Age 25 years and above.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the mother and child products industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing sales teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the mother and child products market, including trends and consumer preferences.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market research.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Experience in selling mother and child products is considered a plus
