About this position

The Incinerator Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of incinerators, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of incinerators.
• Ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for incinerators or boilers.
• Conduct troubleshooting and coordinate with spare part suppliers.
• Operate incinerators or boilers using DCS.
• Perform direct maintenance activities.
• Work at height (25m) and be available for overtime, day and night shifts, and holidays.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6 years experienced in Incinerator with minimum capacity over than 100t/day.
• Or, 6 years experienced in Boiler Industry or power plant.
• Strong understanding of Piping and Instrument Diagram, Industrial process control, pneumatic and hydraulic system, Heat exchanger equipment, compressor, pumps, electrical control panel.
• Understanding of PLC, DCS, CAD is more recommended.
• Experienced to operate Incinerator or Boiler by DCS.
• Experienced on direct maintenance activity.
• Have intelligence on trouble shooting.
• Have good links to spare part supplier.
