About this position

The R&D Supervisor at PT. Agel Langgeng will be responsible for conducting trials, improving existing products, preparing R&D documents, registering new products, and preparing export documents. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in food technology, good sensory abilities, experience in halal registration and BPOM, knowledge of FSSC and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Conducting laboratory and production scale trials for the manufacture of new products and assisting in new product launch
• Making improvements to existing products, both formulas and processes to improve quality, alternative raw materials, improve COGS, and process efficiency
• Prepare standard R&D documents such as raw material specifications, product descriptions for both new and existing products
• Registering new products, starting with the preparation of supporting documents, conformity of packaging with regulations, to monitoring registration in the BPOM system
• Prepare all documents needed for export to all countries

Requirements

• Bachelor (S1) from food technology with GPA minimum 3.00
• Have good sensory abilities
• Experience 2 years handle end-to-end halal registration and BPOM
• Have knowledge about FSSC, HACCP
• Work location : Dawuan, Cikampek
