What does a HR Operations Lead do?

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Lead to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, developing and leading the HR operations teams, ensuring the successful delivery of HR services across the organization. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading and managing the HR team to ensure they are delivering the highest standard of HR operations, while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong problem solving skills and a passion for HR operations.

Responsibilities of HR Operations Lead

1. Develop and execute operational strategies to ensure efficient and effective HR operations.
2. Manage the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration.
3. Oversee employee performance and provide guidance on employee performance management processes.
4. Ensure all personnel policies are up to date and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Lead HR initiatives, such as implementing new HR systems, restructuring teams, and managing change initiatives.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Monitor and analyze HR metrics and develop reports to track progress and success.
8. Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
9. Analyze HR processes and recommend improvements to optimize operations.
10. Provide leadership and guidance to ensure all HR processes are being followed.
