Responsibilities

• Design and calculations of mechanical engineering works e.g. ACMV, Fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary
• Conducting technical feasibility study, life cycle study and planning for building engineering
• Preparation of study reports, design reports, technical notes and public consultation papers
• Preparation of tender documents and technical specifications
• Evaluation of tenders and preparation of tender assessment reports
• Provide support in project management and contract administration for building engineering contracts

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on design experience in building and/or infrastructure projects
• Good project management and technical skills
• Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
