NABA is looking for motivated individuals to join the enrollment team as: Enrollment Advisor Asia Pacific - Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Development of the local (Thailand) market in collaboration with the Area Manager. Development of stakeholders such as local and International high schools, Universities, associations, etc…
• Follow the leads from the first contact up to the enrollment with different channels as calls, emails, instant messaging, etc…
• Follow accurately the journey of the lead per the defined process on the CRM system maintaining accurate and timely updates and documentation on the system
• Supporting the Area Manager with weekly reports pertaining to the activities undertaken
• Being accountable to stay up to date on all ongoing campaigns and events and advising leads on this.
• Join the promotional events organized in order to support and maximize the enrollment campaign.

Requirements

• BA/MA in Languages, Communication, Marketing, Economics
• C1 level of English
• Thai Native speaker
• Customer-oriented, precise, highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to cope with stressful situations
• Contract and compensation: to be defined
