PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND PARTNERSHIP
About this position
The position involves driving innovation and diversification of AWC's projects, creating partnership development strategies, and pursuing partnership opportunities at local and international levels.
Responsibilities
• Initiate contact or seek help to tackle identified targets
• Drive innovation and diversification of AWC's existing projects and pipeline portfolio by creating roadmaps for new business ventures
• Engage actively in weekly/bi-weekly sessions with other team members in partnership development roles, fostering highly engaging discussions on best practices, problem-solving, and open-ended conversations
• Stay informed about the latest trends and identify prominent partners on a global scale
• Create and implement partnership development strategies to establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective partners
• Actively pursue partnership opportunities for AWC by formulating and executing short-term and long-term plans at both local and international levels
Requirements
• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, International Business, Real Estate, Finance, Marketing, or related fields
• 3-5 years’ experience in Managerial level and in fields of business development or Real estate consultancy fields
• Having Worked on large transactions in M&A, JV etc
• Good Command in English and Thai
• Proficient in MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel)
