About this position

The Sustainability Development Specialist will drive sustainability initiatives, manage projects, and conduct research to ensure AWC's sustainability goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Execute company strategic sustainability initiatives and integrate sustainability throughout the AWC and its activities.
• Educate stakeholders on the importance of sustainability.
• Act as a sustainability police to identify activities against AWC sustainability policy.
• Oversee and coordinate sustainability projects.
• Develop key messages for sustainability initiatives for stakeholders.
• Update sustainability standards and research competitors' practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is required.
• Five or more years of professional experience in sustainability programs.
• Experience in hotel, social enterprise, real estate, retail, or marketing.
• Proficiency in English and Thai.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and project management applications.
