About this position
Food and Beverage Manager responsible for developing management strategies, overseeing operational issues, and managing food distribution.
Responsibilities
• Develop overall management strategies for the Food and Beverage department, including executive dining, staff cafeteria, and The Rabbits Bar & Restaurant.
• Oversee and control overall operational issues within the Food and Beverage department.
• Manage the overall food distribution during Match Day events and sponsor-supported merchandise for athletes and V.I.P. lounge within the sports venue.
• Supervise and manage the overall performance of the food and beverage business operations.
• Prepare operational reports for presentation to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Over 15 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the food and beverage industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
