The HR Business Partner plays a critical role in aligning human resources strategies with business objectives.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and objectives, providing HR guidance and support.
• Lead talent acquisition efforts, partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough and objective investigations as needed.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational needs and develop strategies to enhance team and individual performance.
• Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with business leaders.
