About this position

The Network Optimization Manager will be responsible for assessing and redesigning processes, managing change, monitoring performance, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Assessment and Redesign or Improvement: Evaluate current processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Conduct mapping and analysis to understand the flow of work and identify pain points as well as gather data and conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to support process assessment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign and introduce improvement/development strategies to streamline operations, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Lead Long-term Capacity study with cross functional team including investment and cost to serve model from Materials & FG, Manufacturing and Distribution network Strategy. Lead overall execution for any network change. • Change Management: Develop and execute change management plans to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Communicate changes to stakeholders, addressing concerns and managing resistance. Provide training and support, if required. • Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and analyze process performance against established metrics. Identify areas of underperformance and implement corrective actions. • Project Management: Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate project teams, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure timely delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (master’s degree preferred). • More than 10 years of proven experience in process improvement, transformation, or process reengineering. • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile. • Project management skills with the ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Change management expertise with the ability to influence and drive organizational change. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. • Proficient in data analysis and using tools such as process mapping software, statistical analysis software, and project management tools. • Continuous improvement mindset Key Competencies Have a strong analytical skill and be able to think critically based on provided information.
