Key Account Manager - Automotive Aftermarket
About this position
The Key Account Manager - Automotive Aftermarket will be responsible for initiating and negotiating customer trade agreements, developing sales strategies, conducting field visits, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
• Initiate & negotiate Customer Trade Agreement and business contracts with customers.
• Develop, execute and collaborate with internal parties eg. marketing, customer service, logistics planning to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Make field visit to observe and solve customer problems, Sales coaching.
• Conduct new customer acquisition in Responsible territories and also maintain good relationship with existing customer and build good relationship with new customers.
• Collect and update market information from customers.
• Responsible for customer monthly meeting and weekly sales meeting.
• Prepare and conduct sales reports and other reports relevant to sales activity together with responsible for account receivable and payable of customers.
• Responsible for sales tools MAX, CAPs & contract management.
• Any assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in related filed.
• Work Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in sales of automotive aftermarket.
• Proven track record of achieving sales target.
• Having experience in fast-moving distribution channels eg. filter or battery product is plus.
• Languages: Thai and English
• Hardware / Software Skills: MS-Office, SAP
• Characteristics: Self Motivate, good team player, can do attitude, Independent, Flexible and positive towards and situation with adaptability and ability to negotiate and problem-solving skill.
